Dump Truck Close Call

Dump truck turning out of a construction site did not stop at stop sign and pulled our right in front of me while I was going around 25-30 mph. I hit the breaks and swerved, avoided the truck. As the truck drove off the driver kept honking his horn, mad that I yelled at them. No visible license plate, only "Logan Construction" on side of truck (could not find an active company with that name in my area).
