Honda Pilot Driver does close pass, stops to fight, chases me around 3x

Super-aggressive, 10/10 for openly hostile guy in beat-up Honda Pilot does a super-close pass (before I turned on camera to save battery life on long ride and early morning still). I flip him off, he stops and gets out to fight, I turn around... then get back on route. Driver has then turned around to chase me and that is where footage comes in: he waits for me to pass and then whips a U-turn and screams up behind me (perhaps with intent to hit?), I evade, but in vein as there is no where to go and have to beg him to leave me alone. Picture quality blows so I cannot see NY plate numbers. I called Police after he finally left, but to no avail.
