Honk and a close pass

The Thunderbird's driver honked and then passed me by driving in the same lane. In Florida, drivers are required to pass cyclists with at least three feet and are prohibited from passing another vehicle in the same lane. Also concerning is that a cop was near this incident as it happened but failed to act. As a hit-and-run survivor, I am comfortably "okay" with the language.
