Illegally passing while using full lane as permitted by law

As I was coming downhill at appx. 30 mph on Whitney St in Sherborn (the speed limit for all vehicles) , just before the curve, this car passed me while I was using the full lane as permitted by law and multiple signs along the street designate. Had I spilled, they would have hit me and also they passed just before a curve where there is no visibility to oncoming traffic.
