A motorist driving in the Bus Bike Lane passed so close as to hit me on the way by with his side view mirror. The side view mirror hit my elbow before I knew what was happening. After reviewing the footage one can see that the mirror was extended and later was folded. If the mirror had not folded I would have crashed to the ground as it would have forced my handlebars to pivot ninety degrees to the right. A police report was made, but the police have apologized for losing the report.
