Wrong Side of the Road

Granted the driver may not have seen me coming around the corner; however, she should not have just backed out of her driveway to remain on the same side of the street and then move forward to block my path. That's just lazy driving skills. If I had arrived just a few moments later, something more serious could have occurred.
